<p>All products are made to order. Orders are produced and dispatched within 2–7 business days of purchase. Production times may extend slightly during high-volume periods (new drops, holidays).</p>

<h2>Tracking</h2>
<p>A tracking number is emailed to you once your order leaves production. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate after you receive the notification.</p>

<h2>International Orders</h2>
<p>International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and are collected by your local customs authority.</p>

<h2>Lost or Damaged Orders</h2>
<p>If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will arrange a replacement or refund.</p>

<h2>Address Accuracy</h2>
<p>Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. Contact us immediately after placing your order if a correction is needed — changes cannot be made once an order enters production.</p>
